Toftlunds kælkebakke (sledding hill) is an area that has been developed by volunteer citizens in cooperation with Toftlund Udviklingsråd. The area offers something for the whole family: a playground for small children, two zip lines for all ages, a picnic hut with tables and benches for enjoying food, a path around the lake for those who want to exercise, a forest with a nature trail where children can hide and have fun, and of course, the sledding hill itself – a mini-mountain, which is Toftlund’s highest point. The sledding hill is a gathering point in snowy weather, where all the town’s children slide down.
