Strandkær Strand - Shelter Hemsen (ikke-bookbar)

This shelter site is located close to the water with a direct view over the water. The loft is not bookable and can be used on a first-come, first-served basis. The lower part of the shelter is handicapped accessible with a pull-out floor and room for 4 adults and is bookable. The shelter site itself is arranged for disabled persons, with a pull-out bed, handicapped toilet, parking and access roads, as well as a handicap-friendly fire pit and picnic table set. Access to the loft is located at the same end of the building as the toilet and drinking water. NOTE! The toilet and tap are locked for the winter period. You can collect dry twigs and branches in the area. Sometimes there is firewood in the shed on site, but if you want to be absolutely sure, you must bring your own firewood. Please take your trash with you when you leave the site; there is no waste disposal system at the campsite. It is not permitted to pitch a tent next to the shelter due to Mols Bjerge Fredningen.
