About this spot
The campsite is located on the east side of Skjern Å, immediately northwest of Hastrup Sø and close to Hastrupvej. During the season, the site is reserved for canoeists on Skjern Å. It is equipped with fire pits and a grill. If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring your own, but otherwise it is permitted to gather wood from the forest floor for use in the fire pit. Toilets and water are accessible during the summer half-year (May 1st - November 1st). The campsite cannot be booked. Access is on a “first come, first served” basis.
