About this spot
The shelter site is located at the northern end of a gently sloping natural area with grass, bog, scrub, and a lake. The area is part of “Veflinge Kirkeskov”, which is an almost 5-hectare area led by local citizens. Some trees have already been planted, and over the next couple of years, the area will gain more “wild” nature as the trees grow. The shelter can be booked via the “link to website” below. Access to the area is via Veflinge Skovvej (opposite the church). From here, it is about 350 m down to the shelter site, which is reached by walking past the campfire hut and down the path to the right.
