About this spot
On Holmen, you can experience many breeding and migratory birds, and the bird tower on the holm is a good starting point for viewing the birds. You might also be lucky enough to experience the birds from the path around the lake or from the lake if you are kayaking. In late summer, you can experience the beautiful natural phenomenon “black sun” when large flocks of starlings spend the night in the reed forest. A shelter site has been established on the holm.
