Karlstrup Skov, Tippen, shelter

Shelter with space for approximately 6 people. There are several ways to get to the shelter: Park at the parking lot on Silovej and turn left. A little further on, there is a beautiful, steep wooden staircase that leads you down into the lime pit. Down there, follow the path to the left around the small lake and you will come to the large lake, Karlstrup Kalkgrav. Then turn left and follow the road to the right, where a little further on there is a fork in the road. Up in the Northwestern part of the lime pit, continue up the steep path and you will reach another gravel road. Here, turn left and follow the road uphill. At the top, simply follow the road and you will end up at the shelter. There is also a way to avoid the steep ascents: from the parking lot, follow the gravel road to the right (straight ahead) and after the fire pit on your left, you will come to a gravel road, which you follow to the right. A little further on, you can either follow the road straight ahead along the asphalt road up along the top of the lime pit. Follow it all the way around the lime pit, up along it. The site can only be booked 3 months in advance, and for a maximum of 2 nights.
