About this spot
The shelter can be used on a “first come, first served” basis. Each shelter can accommodate 3 people, and overnight stays are allowed for 2 nights. The site is located in a beautiful old deciduous forest southwest of Rebild, close to the famous Rebild Bakker and not far from Rold Storkro. You can find the site by following the forest road just south of Rold Storkro. Follow the forest road approximately 1 km southeast from the paved road. The site is adjacent to the fire pit in Urskoven. Parking is available at the Pumpevejen car park south of Rold Storkro. The shelter was built with support from A.P. Møller Fonden.
