Free camping in Vestskoven west of Ring 4. Vestskoven is a relatively young forest, where the first trees were planted in 1967. The western end of the forest is the wildest, with large plains, dark forests, clearings, and prominent valleys. There are many opportunities to experience both wild animals and enclosures with cows and sheep. There is free fishing in the many lakes and waterholes.
