Bålhytte, Valby Hegn

The campfire hut is located on “Sletten” in Valby Hegn. The campfire hut cannot be reserved, so please make space for others if possible. At the site, there is a grill and several table/bench sets. It is possible to take a wheelchair into the campfire hut. Branches can be collected from the forest floor, but if you want to be sure, bring your own firewood/charcoal. Remember to clean up after yourself, so it’s tidy for the next visitors. Near the campfire hut is a resting paddock where your horse can stay while the campfire hut is in use. It is possible to park at Bukkarvej. From here, there is approx. 750 m of wide gravel road. The small path along the forest edge approx. 500 m from the parking lot to the campfire hut is not suitable for wheelchairs.
