Mødestedet Randbøldal - Dalekilde Naturlegeplads

The present project has been carried out in collaboration between Randbøldal Borgerforening and the owners of Dalekilde – Det Hvide Palæ. “Mødestedet Randbøldal – Dalekilde Naturlegeplads” has become a gathering point for the town’s families and for visitors from outside. The project has been carried out with great support and funding from - Vejle Kommune’s Development Pool, Friluftsrådet, Ole Kirks Fond, Jelling Sparekasses Fond, Randbøldal Badefond, Isabellafonden, local businesses and private individuals - and together we have created a creative activity area for all ages. “Mødestedet in Randbøldal - Dalekilde Naturlegeplads” has been constructed under the theme “Nature, forest animals and plants”, for which the playground is built from natural materials in natural surroundings, with space for creative play and learning, activity, and community across families and ages. The meeting point and playground include a fire hut with tables and benches as a central element, surrounded by a nature playground with play and exercise equipment for children, teenagers, and adults. This is supplemented with wooden sculptures of “Uglen Harald” and “Egernet Peter” and plants on the fire hut’s roof. The nature playground and fire hut are primarily constructed from pure natural materials, including debarked black locust and other naturally durable types of wood. Good to know: Opening hours: 8 AM - 8 PM all days of the week. All movement is at your own risk – children must be accompanied by an adult. We request good peace and order – take your trash home and take good care of each other. There is no toilet; please refer to Randbøldal Museet.
