The shelter is located opposite Erslev Kalkovn, which has a small exhibition about limestone and the history of the lime kiln. Between Erslev and Øster Jølby, on the south side of Prostbrovej, lies the old lime quarry, which is now a nature area. Coordinates: N56°50.052’ E008°44.82
