About this spot
Harre Vig Beach is a child-friendly beach with shallow water - you have to go approximately 200-400 meters out before the water is 2 m deep. The southern part of the beach is sandy, while the northern part has a lot of gravel and stones. There is a bathing jetty and picnic tables, and you can park close to the beach. In the area behind the beach, there is a playground, a ball court, a shelter, a covered area with a stone oven, tables and benches, and a newer packed lunch house. There are, of course, toilets, which is one of the conditions for obtaining the Blue Flag. Two hiking trails start from the beach. Every summer, there are annual events with a nature guide at all Blue Flag locations in Skive Municipality - see when he visits Harre Vig Beach at www.skive.dk/blåflag.
