Vestskoven, shelter ved Bymosevej

Shelter for 5-6 people. In addition to the shelter, there is a campfire site with a grill and a picnic table set. There is no toilet and no waste container. Bring plastic bags for taking your own trash home, toilet paper, and wet wipes. Leave the site as you would wish to find it. It is permitted to collect small, dry wood from the nearby forest floor for use in the fire pit. For this, it is good to bring a small saw, a small splitting axe, and firelighters. Never saw into living trees. Alternatively, bring charcoal. You may pitch a few supplementary tents by the shelter. Otherwise, follow the instructions on the information sign at the campsite. Advance booking: You can book preferential rights for overnight stays in the shelter. You can stay a maximum of two consecutive nights in the shelter. You are only booking the shelter. Others may simultaneously use facilities and pitch tents at the site. Booking can be made no earlier than 3 months before the overnight stay. When booking, you must occupy the shelter before 8 PM, otherwise your preferential right will be forfeited. Access conditions: See photo of nearby parking lot. Motor vehicle access to the site is not permitted, and permission for this cannot be applied for. It is part of the experience to hike there. Optionally, use a cart or similar for your luggage.
