At Valfart’s camp, you will find a charming, octagonal, 72 sqm bonfire hut with an adjacent shelter-like lounge area. The bonfire hut is located in nature on Helgenæs approx. 500 m from the sea and with hiking routes directly from the bonfire hut. Facilities in the bonfire hut: In the bonfire hut, there are table and bench sets and a bonfire in the middle. Firewood for the bonfire can be purchased on-site, just as equipment for cooking over a bonfire can be rented. You are also welcome to bring your own firewood and bonfire cooking equipment. You may enjoy your own brought food, but remember to take your trash with you again. Access: You can drive by car until approx. 100 m before the bonfire hut, from where the rest of the way is on foot. With a little goodwill and help from a friend, the bonfire hut can be accessed by wheelchair (the terrain is hilly). Booking: The bonfire hut is located at the outdoor base Valfart, where various activities and events take place, which means the bonfire hut may be occupied. Therefore, the bonfire hut must be booked in advance. When you book the bonfire hut, there is access to a toilet and shower trailer, beach volleyball court, and disc golf, for which a small user fee is charged, which goes towards the ongoing maintenance of the bonfire hut and equipment. Please contact us so we can focus on what you would like to use and ensure that the camp is not in use by others. At the camp, as mentioned, there is the possibility to play beach volleyball and disc golf – and additionally bow tag, spikeball, slip into the water on a SUP board or go spearfishing, take a dip with a subsequent sauna, and more.
