Frederikshåb Plantage Shelter

Shelter at the west end of Frederikshåb Plantage with space for 8 people, and with a grill and bonfire site. Access to a compost toilet - bring your own toilet paper and hand sanitizer. If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring your own, but it is otherwise permitted to gather wood from the forest floor for use at the bonfire site. The shelter cannot be booked but is available to anyone who wishes to settle down for a shorter or longer period – perhaps just for a short rest around the bonfire or for an overnight stay. However, it is expected that consideration is shown to other guests, and that the space is shared. The nearest parking is at Vestre rullebane/Almstokbanen.
