About this spot
On the beach at Tystrup Sø - parking at Frederikskilde forest - there are several fire pits and picnic tables. Remember to bring firewood and leave the living trees alone. There is also a large green area for, e.g., ball games. The beach is designed with a strip of sand towards and in the water - so buckets and shovels can also be used for play. It is also permitted to access the beach via canoe/kayak from Tystrup sø. If you wish to stay overnight in the area, Frederikskilde tent site is only 600 m northeast from there. A flush toilet and water tap are available at the parking lot.
