About this spot
Millinge Klint, with its 7 shelters, a wood-fired sauna, and a newly built fire hut, is the Archipelago’s absolute top spot for outdoor enthusiasts seeking grand surroundings. The shelter site is located on top of a cliff with a good view of Helnæs Bugt. From the cliff down to the water, there is a staircase with functional seating where one can enjoy the beautiful view of Helnæs Bugt. The staircase ends at the foot of the cliff and transitions into a sturdy swimming jetty from which you can take a swim. Note that the water by the swimming jetty is shallow and child-friendly. Millinge Klint is operated jointly by Faaborg Midtfyn Municipality and Trente Mølle Naturskole. The site has a total of 33 sleeping spots, distributed among 5 different types of shelters. One with 3-tier sleeping, one with a viewing platform on top, all built as part of the blue support points in the South Fyn Archipelago. Book here
