About this spot
Shelter site with two shelters and a campfire site in Vestermarie plantage. The shelter is located in the middle of the forest, close to Ørninge bog and mountain bike trails. At the shelter site, there is a primitive toilet without water. The shelter site cannot be booked; it is used on a “first-come, first-served” basis. There is space for 6 – 8 adults in each shelter. Overnight stays are only permitted for one night in the shelter. The shelter site is located by Ørningevej. There is signage from the road. If arriving by car, parking is available at the end of the forest road leading up to the shelter.
