About this spot
A wheelchair-friendly path has been established from the asphalt/parking lot to the campfire hut, and the surface is of the same quality. The fire pit is raised so it can be used from a wheelchair. At several of the table/bench sets, a wheelchair can be rolled up to them. There is a long table and two sets of tables and benches in the campfire house. There are wind screens that can be rolled open and closed depending on the wind direction. A drinking water tap is located under the chestnut trees - 15 meters west of the campfire hut. The campfire hut is connected to Avnø Naturcenter, which offers many nature and outdoor facilities.
