About this spot
Centrally located in Skablund forest is this overnight site with two shelters. Approx. five people can stay overnight in each shelter. The site is equipped with a campfire site, a table/bench set, and a composting toilet. There is no water tap at the site, and firewood must be brought by yourself. Shelter 2 operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also the possibility to pitch a couple of smaller tents on the grassy area next to the shelter site. You can book preferential right to overnight stay in “shelter 1”. The shelter was built with support from the A.P. Møller Fonden.
