Europasøen i Flauenskjold

Europasøen is one of the best-preserved lakes in Brønderslev Kommune. This makes it a unique place to unwind, whether with one of the town’s institutions, a family outing, or a dog walk. A disability-friendly path has been laid out around the lake. Along the route there are shelters with a bonfire site, tables and benches, a nature playground, an observation tower and lake stairs, as well as a composting toilet. It is intended to be a nature experience for all ages, especially children, who can experience the lake and the surrounding nature. The installed ‘creepy crawly box’ contains, for example, fishing nets, magnifying glasses, etc., for exploring the lake. Contact the residents’ association at [email protected] for key handover.
