About this spot

Deciduous forest alternates with coniferous forest, there are grazed areas, and to the south, Rislebækken meanders towards Arreskov Sø. Wildlife is varied. Roe deer, hares, and foxes are often seen, while squirrels and fallow deer are seen occasionally. Many people stroll, run, or cycle in the forest. When it snows in winter, Sollerup Skov is a good place for cross-country skiing. Practical information: There are parking lots at Odensevej and Sollerupvej. At Odensevej, there is a dog forest. Free camping is permitted in the forest, but groups must reserve the campsite in the forest. Read more on Naturstyrelsen’s website.
