Friluftsbasen Shelter

The outdoor base can be used on a first-come, first-served basis, when it is not reserved for scouts or local events. Follow the link to see when the site is reserved. The basic rules are: 1) Behave so that others can also enjoy the area. 2) Leave the place in the same condition or better! · You must remove your own trash – there are no trash bins provided. · You can bring your own firewood or buy it at the site for 50 DKK per sack, payable via Mobile Pay to 83316 with the text “Friluftsbase”. It is not permitted to collect firewood in the area. NEVER leave a burning campfire! · Payment. Groups are expected to pay 10 DKK per adult per day via Mobile Pay to 83316 with the text “Friluftsbase – gruppe”. Additionally, donations are always welcome. · Driving directions: The address is: Damtoften 32 A, Voerladegård, 8660 Skanderborg. From Holmedal, turn onto Tyndeleddet, then right onto Damtoften, then left onto the gravel road to the sports field. At the edge of the forest, drive right along the football fields. · A multi-toilet must be used. The site is run by volunteers associated with KFUM-Spejderne in Voerladegård.
