Himmerig forest shelter site - shelter no. 2 (not bookable) Small shelter site with two shelters in the middle of the western edge of a small forest east of Gl. Hinneruo, north of Søften. One is bookable, the other operates on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Parking is available at the parking lot by the dog park at Rønbækvej. From here, it is approximately 400 meters to the site. There is no water at the site. The nearest water tap is at Søften Kirke (approximately 2.5 km). Use the toilet spade on site. Bring your own firewood from home. The shelter was built with support from the A.P. Møller Foundation.
