In front of the site, there is a cozy little lake with koi carp, and a direct view of horse pastures, fields, and the coast. It is possible to bring your horse, and there are good riding routes in the area to explore. The site has a fireplace with a bench, saddle hangers, a table-and-bench set, garden chairs with cushions, a bike rack, power outlets for charging, drinking water, and access to a nice guest toilet with the option of a shower for a fee. There is a nice beach with a sandy bottom 600 meters west of the site, where you can ride or wade. If you want to swim, be prepared to walk a long way out, as it is shallow.
