Plantagen ved Slipshavn

The shelter site in Plantagen – right on Nyborg Fjord on the Slipshavn peninsula – is part of the Blue Support Points shelter concept, where you can stay overnight in new, modern, coastal shelters all around Funen. The two shelters are located under the trees and by the water. There is a narrow beach where it is possible to swim, although the bathing water is not considered fantastic, as there can be a slightly muddy fjord bottom. If one wishes to fish, there is excellent fishing from the site, especially in spring when the shallow, and thus slightly warmer, water can make the sea trout active. The shelter must be booked at www.bookenshelter.dk, and it costs 30 DKK per person per overnight stay.
