Blommeskobbel

Blommeskobbel has an area of 42 ha and is located by Lillebælt, approx. 4 km southeast of Fynshav. The terrain is slightly hilly and slopes towards Lillebælt. The forest is visited especially due to its unique monuments from the dolmen period. In the southern part of the forest, the §3 protected Thorshavnsbæk stream flows. The Alsstien trail runs through the forest. There is a parking lot at Dyssevej in the western part of the forest. At Rytterkulen, approximately in the middle of the forest, there is a primitive overnight camping spot with tables/benches and a grill. The site is close to the coast and suitable for seafaring people. Free tenting is allowed in the forest, i.e., you may stay overnight anywhere, except in enclosures, on ancient monuments, and on the beach.
