About this spot
It is permitted to collect dead branches from the forest floor for firewood. Do not fell living trees or break branches off living trees – it both harms the trees and, furthermore, wet firewood cannot be used to start a fire. Remember to extinguish the fire THOROUGHLY after you, so no embers remain – or stay until the fire has burned out completely, to prevent a forest fire.
