About this spot
Madsbøl klitplantage is established on raised seabed. This, combined with its proximity to the sea, limits the choice of tree species. Pine and spruce dominate, but oak and birch are increasingly being planted. A continuous riding trail connects the area with Lild and Vr. Thorup to the east and Østerild to the south. Nice, secluded shelter site.
