About this spot
At the foot of Harrild Hede lies this scenic tent site. The site is surrounded by trees with a view over Holtum Å, a section of which was re-meandered in 2001. There is easy access to hiking trails on Harrild Hede, and fishing is permitted for disabled persons at Holtum Å. At the site, there is a fire pit and a picnic table set. Directions: From Fasterholtvej (road 459) between Ejstrupholm and Fasterholt, turn north at Holtum Å, after Harrild Vandmølle and the nature center. The site is located 200 m southeast of the old bridge over Holtum Å (The watermill and fish farm no longer exist).
