About this spot
A small, cozy spot tucked away behind the institution Granly, located approximately 1 km outside Understed. It is peaceful here and features a shelter for approx. 6 people. There is water (closed in winter) and a composting toilet. If the water is off, please ask at the institution. Hærvejen’s hiking route passes right by. Hærvejen’s cycling route runs on Hestvangsvej, 1 km from the shelter. The shelter cannot be booked, but there is also room for a couple of small tents. The site is reserved for walkers and cyclists, and you may stay a maximum of two nights.
