The shelter site is located with a view over Husby Badesø - also called Skavemosen - 500 m from Vesterhavet. The shelters are located adjacent to the parking lot, where water and toilet facilities are also available from April to October. There are ample opportunities to explore the area on foot or by bike on the well-marked routes.
