About this spot
Harte Skov, totaling approximately 230 hectares, comprises a series of more or less interconnected forest areas on the southeast side of Vester Nebel Å. A large part of the areas was planted after 1991. A network of marked trails connects the forests, and fire pits and tent sites provide opportunities for resting. At Ferup Lake, there is a landscape exhibition in the old sluice house out in the lake (does not require booking). There is a shelter with a view over the lake. Beautiful viewpoints on the valley slopes along Vester Nebel Ådal. Access to the area can, among others, be via Troldhedebanen.
