Sårup

The campsite is located in the northern part of the plantation, at Peter Odgårds Plads, in an old gravel pit. The site can be accessed on foot or by bicycle. A parking lot is located approximately 500 m from the shelter. Facilities at the site: campfire hut, dry toilet, water, and horse paddock. NOTE: the water will be shut off during the winter half-year. The campsite includes 1 shelter with space for 30 people and an associated campfire site. It is possible to pitch tents at the site, and there is space for approximately 15 people for tenting. Additionally, the site has 2 shelters with a campfire site and campfire hut, which are not included in the booking. The campsite can be booked by larger groups, of >15 people, in connection with special types of events, such as school, sports, or scout events. The site can be booked 12 months in advance. The processing time for the booking is approximately 10 working days. The booking grants priority to the campsite, which includes the large shelter and its associated campfire site. Individuals can use the campsite if it is not booked. If the booking is not utilized before 8 PM, the campsite can be freely used on a “first come, first served” basis.
