About this spot
Lambjerg Indtægt has an area of 98 hectares, of which 69 are forest. Lambjerg Indtægt is a lush beech forest located immediately west of Høruphav town, approximately 7 km east of Sønderborg. The forest is divided into a northern and southern part by the main road Sdr. Landevej. Lambjerg Indtægt is characterized by the 28 ha area, Trillen, which constitutes almost 1/3 of the forest area. Trillen was previously used for grazing (until about 40 years ago), but is now a popular excursion destination for the public who walk along the beach and observe birdlife. Parts of Lambjerg Indtægt have been designated as a dog forest. By the water, there is a primitive overnight camping site, and inside the forest, a campsite with 2 shelters. The campsite must be booked via Naturstyrelsen’s web booking. Wild camping is permitted in the northern part of the forest.
