The overnight site is very primitive and located directly on the forest floor - it offers very simple facilities such as a campfire site and a reasonably flat surface. Note that the surface is stony. The grass is mown once a year, so long grass can be expected for parts of the year. The overnight site is open to everyone for both overnight stays and enjoying a campfire. Use and stay are free. The site operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There is space for 1-2 small tents at the site. Overnight stays are permitted for two nights at the site. You are welcome to light a fire at existing fire pits. You may gather wood for the fire in surrounding forest and scrub. Remember to check for any fire bans. Extinguish the fire thoroughly after use so no embers remain, or stay until the fire has completely burned out. The nearest year-round open toilet with water is at Bakkerne Bådehavn, approx. 1.3 km away. There are summer-open toilets closer by at Ædjavejen and Gedebakkevej. It is not permitted to play loud music or create other noise that disturbs animals and other people. Take trash with you when you leave the site. The campsite is located close to Kyststien. If you come by car, you can use the parking area at the end of Dr. Lassens Vej. The site is next to the parking lot. Site coordinates: 55.00649, 14.97527.
