Fluesnapperen shelter

The primitive overnight site consists of 1 mini-shelter with a fire pit and a small bench. It is possible to pitch a couple of smaller tents within 20 meters of the shelter. There is space for 2-3 overnight guests in the shelter. You must bring your own water and firewood. It is permitted to collect branches from the forest floor for firewood, but trees must not be felled. The shelter site must be left tidy, and all waste must be carried out of the forest. Remember to extinguish the fire before leaving the shelter site! If traveling by bus, you can take bus 390R to Hemmingstrupvej (Græstedvej). From there, it’s a hike of approximately 1.5 kilometers. It is also possible to take bus 251 to Mårum Gade (Ny Mårumvej), from where it’s a hike of approximately 3 kilometers. If you are by car, you can park at a forest parking lot on Helsingørvej, GPS 56.028611, 12.258900, from where it’s a hike of approximately 1 kilometer.
