Skibelund Teltplads

A large open grassy plain directly by Lillebælt offers opportunities for camping, campfires, and other activities. Close to Lillebælt and a good swimming beach. It is approx. 50 m to the beach. A bathing jetty is installed during the summer half-year. The National cycle route, Østkystruten, passes right by. Skibelund is located next to Solkær Enge. Bring your own wood for the campfire. During the summer half-year, there is access to public toilets and water in the buildings at Kolding Naturskole. The tent site is reserved for larger groups in connection with special types of events, such as school, sports, or scout events, camps based on a given religious belief, etc. (minimum 15 people) and must be booked directly via the “Book here” button or via Naturstyrelsen’s booking system. Note that your booking will be forfeited if you have not arrived at the site by 8:00 PM. If no one has booked the spot, it is nevertheless available to anyone who wishes to settle down for a shorter or longer period.
