About this spot
The campsite at Skimminghøj is ideal for canoeists, hikers, or cyclists exploring Skanderborg Municipality’s beautiful nature. Overnight stays are permitted for everyone, but for no more than two consecutive nights. Overnight stays cost 75 DKK per person per night, payable via MobilePay. The spot cannot be booked in advance. There is a jetty, picnic tables, a campfire site, toilet facilities, and bathing opportunities. It’s only a five-minute walk to the shops in Ry. Please note that the toilet, shower, and water are closed during winter.
