About this spot
The shelter is located on the island Enehøje in Nakskov Fjord. Note that you must be able to transport yourself to and from the island by sailing there or booking a trip with Postbåden. Consider the wildlife on the island and follow local access rules, as described on the signage by the landing bridge. Camping and overnight stays are only permitted at the shelter site itself. Feel free to bring your own firewood, otherwise, you may collect driftwood or dry twigs from the forest floor. There is a water tap by the red barn, but the water is shut off for winter from October to April, so you must bring your own water here. The shelter was built with support from A.P. Møller Fonden.
