Engelstør

From the shelter, there is a magnificent view over the fjord. It is placed among the trees, 4-5 meters above the beach, thus protected from weather and wind. There is a toilet close to the shelter. However, it is closed in winter, when it is also not possible to tap water. The Engelstør Odde hiking trail passes right by the shelter, which is also perfectly situated if you are out with a sea kayak. OBS. Please note that the grassy area west of the shelter by the toilet building is used by associations, schools, etc. Throughout July, the area is reserved for a music camp at the site. The shelter cannot be booked - the first-come, first-served principle applies here.
