About this spot
This small, lovely tent site has space for 2-3 tents. The site is secluded at the edge of Kollemorten Krat, which is part of Denmark’s largest oak scrub area. The gnarled and crooked oak trees create fantastic troll-like images. At the site, there is a fire pit with a grill grate. If you want to ensure dry wood, you must bring it yourself, but it is otherwise permitted to gather wood from the forest floor for use in the fire pit. There is no access to a toilet or water at the site. So remember to bring water. The tent site cannot be booked. Access is on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
