About this spot
CANNOT BE BOOKED. THE SHELTER WAS VANDALISED IN JUNE 2026 AND HAS BURNED TO THE GROUND. The surrounding area can still be used, but respect the police cordon of the site. Shelter at a primitive overnight camping spot with a bonfire pit and table/bench set. Up to 6 people can stay overnight in the shelter. 2-3 additional tents may be pitched at the site. Firewood may be collected from the forest floor or preferably brought along. Please leave living trees alone. The nearest parking lot at Helgenæsvej is approximately 300 meters away. The shelter can be booked, but if no one has arrived by 8 PM on the same day, it may be used freely.
