Skagen Klitplantage - Hulsigstien shelter

The site is located in an older, open pine forest close to Hulsigstien, which is part of Vestkystruten (National Cycle Route No. 1). There are two shelters, each accommodating approx. 6 people, a drinking water tap (open in summer), picnic tables, and a fire pit with a grill. Firewood is not provided, but you are welcome to collect dry wood from the forest floor. Please help keep the site tidy and clean and take your rubbish with you. The site cannot be booked. Please make space so there is room for everyone. Tents may be pitched on the forest floor directly around the shelters. The site is not accessible by car. The nearest parking is the Sandmilen car park on Frederikshavnsvej. Walk towards Sandmilen and turn left onto the crossing asphalt forest road (Vestkystruten/Hulsigstien). After 700 m, the site is on the right-hand side. Look for the campsite sign.
