About this spot
Karpen shelter shares a fire pit with Haletudsen shelter, offering opportunities for cozy conversations by the firelight, perhaps with new friends you meet under the trees. You must bring your own water and firewood. It is permitted to collect branches from the forest floor for firewood, but trees must not be felled. The shelter site must be left tidy, and all waste must be taken out of the forest. Remember to extinguish the fire before leaving the shelter site! The two shelters are booked separately. The shelter has been built with support from the A.P. Møller Foundation.
