About this spot
The site consists of 3 shelters and 1 ‘sunrise shelter’ located slightly apart from the other 3, as well as a large campfire site. The ‘Shelter Village’ is situated in a small school forest and is therefore sheltered from the wind. There is space for 20 people. The site is accessible, with the possibility of getting to and from the shelters in a wheelchair. Contact the school before visiting, as “assist ropes” must be installed before use. However, the site does not have lifting or hoisting equipment. There are benches around the campfire site, as well as a picnic table set at the site. Toilet facilities and water are available in the schoolyard. Firewood must be brought. Remember to take your own waste with you after use. It is permitted to use the school’s playgrounds and sports field, however, with consideration for school and sports activities. The site must be reserved. Contact the school office to pick up the key for the toilet and water, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on weekdays (29343432). The site can only be reserved on weekends and school holidays; if there are school events, these always have first priority. Public transport, and parking 50m south of the site.
