About this spot
| The site goes all the way down to the fjord and offers a beautiful view of the water. There is easy access, whether you come on foot, by bike along Fjordstien, by canoe, kayak, or car. Close to the shelter and tent site, there is car parking and a toilet building with an external tap for drinking water. Toilets are accessible during the summer half-year (early April to mid-October). The ladies’ toilet is accessible. The shelter has sleeping spaces for 4-5 people. In addition, the tent site’s large grassy area allows for pitching over a hundred tents. If you wish to sleep in hammocks, there are trees by the shelter that may be used for this purpose. There are two campfire sites; one has a grill grate and is right by the shelter, and the other is near the fjord. Firewood for free use is laid out on the site once a week during the summer half-year. You must clean up and take your waste with you after using the site. The large, beautiful site is located at Gershøjvej 84, 4070 Kirke Hyllinge. Booking is only required for groups of over 10 people. For groups under 10 people, the first-come, first-served principle applies on site.
