Ravnereden - Shelter ved Ravnekær

Remember to show good shelter etiquette, and make room if there is space for more. There is room for 3-4 adults in the shelter. Overnight stays are limited to one night in the shelter. It is permitted to collect dead branches from the forest floor for firewood. Do not cut down living trees or break branches off living trees – this harms the trees, and furthermore, you cannot light a fire with wet firewood. Remember to extinguish the fire THOROUGHLY, so no embers are left – or stay until the fire has completely burned out to prevent wildfires. It is not permitted to drive on the gravel roads in the forest. There are no parking facilities near the shelter – the nearest parking is on Bolsterbjergvej, just under 1 km away. There is no toilet or water post near the shelter. The shelter was erected with support from A.P. Møller Fonden.
