Uggerby Klitplantage - primitiv overnatningsplads

The site is a grassy plain surrounded by forest. There is one shelter for approximately 8 people and space for tents. There is no shelter from the west, but almost a guarantee to see deer morning and evening. The site is for free use and cannot be booked. On the site, there is a fireplace with a grill grate and benches, as well as picnic tables. Water is available during the summer half of the year. Efforts are made to provide firewood, but it cannot be guaranteed. Use the firewood thoughtfully so there is also some for the next visitors. Extinguish the fire thoroughly when you leave. Next to the site, there is a composting toilet. Keep the site tidy and always take your trash home with you. The site has easy access from Nordsøstien and Vestkystruten. You CANNOT drive a car onto the site. The nearest parking is on Uggerby Skovvej by the forest road “Fishers Brandlinje”, which is approximately 850 meters away. In Uggerby Klitplantage, there is also the campsite “Stranden”. Follow Nordsøstien approximately 1 km east. Here there are 4 shelters.
