Hawskoven, Hanstholm Byplantage

The observation tower is located in Hawskoven, which is part of Hanstholm Byplantage, situated east of Kai Lindbersg Gade and north of Industrivangen. The observation tower is located at the forest edge in the northern part of Hawskoven with a view over Vigsø Bugt. In Hawskoven, there is also an open area with a nature playground, a crossfit track, a campfire hut, and 6 shelters with accompanying campfire sites. The open area is surrounded by deciduous forest. 50 meters west of the nature playground is an accessible toilet behind a living fence. The observation tower is located 200 meters from the parking lot at Industrivangen. The facilities in Hawskoven were built and are maintained by Hanstholm Rådet.
